1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QAFakeAPI (including the interactive web playground, mock endpoints, and documentation) or purchasing the SDET API Automation Toolkit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service governed by Ziara TechQ Labs.
2. Use of Mock API Services
QAFakeAPI is provided free of charge for educational, software testing, prototyping, and demonstration purposes. You may execute API tests (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) freely within standard rate limits. Any automated abusive behavior intended to cause denial of service (DoS) or infrastructure destruction is strictly prohibited.
3. SDET Automation Toolkit License
When you purchase the SDET API Automation Toolkit:
- You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, single-user commercial license to use, modify, and integrate the automation framework starter code into your personal and professional test projects.
- You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, or publicly leak the raw toolkit files or interview question banks as standalone digital products.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The mock sandbox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ziara TechQ Labs is not responsible for any downtime, temporary service interruptions, or mock data wipes during maintenance.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi and Jharkhand.
