Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because the SDET API Automation Toolkit is an intangible, digital software asset containing full source code, automation test scripts, and career resources delivered immediately upon purchase, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
1. No Refunds on Digital Assets
Once a purchase is confirmed through our checkout gateway (Topmate) and the digital `.zip` file or download link is generated, access cannot be revoked or returned. Therefore, we maintain a strict No-Refund and No-Cancellation Policy for all digital toolkit orders.
2. Duplicate Transactions (Exception)
In the rare event that an accidental technical glitch causes a customer to be charged more than once for the same transaction:
- We will promptly investigate and issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction(s).
- Please email us at ziaratechqlabs@gmail.com with both transaction reference IDs.
- Approved duplicate charge refunds will be settled within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method (UPI / Bank / Card).
3. Download Assistance & File Replacement
If you experience any difficulties downloading the zip file or encounter a corrupted archive:
- Our technical support team will gladly provide a direct replacement download link or email the toolkit files to your registered address.
- Simply reach out with your order email and payment receipt.
